Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  3. Exceptions:
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • Sale items, gift cards, and free promotional items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email our customer service team at chandnichonk7@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
  2. Authorization:
    • Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds and Processing

  1. Refund Type: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  2. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  3. Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
